Delivery Times
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Personalized and engraved items follow the same processing timeframe.
Shipping Time (after dispatch)
- Standard Worldwide Shipping: approximately 6–12 business days
- Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS): approximately 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and external factors.
Holiday Notice
During peak seasons or public holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume or carrier delays.
Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs regulations and charges vary by country and shipping method.
Standard Shipping (DDP)
Most standard shipping orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means applicable import duties and taxes are included, and customers are not required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery for standard shipments.
Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
All express shipping orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP).
This means:
- Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- The courier may contact the recipient directly for payment or additional documentation
- Leathwoods does not control customs fees and cannot estimate them in advance.
Customs Clearance & Delays
Customs authorities or courier services may request additional information or documentation from the recipient or shipper to complete clearance.
Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control and are not considered shipping delays.
Failure to respond to courier requests may result in extended delays or non-delivery.
Refused Shipments & Unpaid Customs Fees
If a shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned due to:
- Unpaid customs duties or taxes
- Failure to provide required documentation
- Inability to contact the recipient
Shipping costs, return fees, and customs charges are non-refundable.
In such cases, the order may not be eligible for a full refund.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Leathwoods is not responsible for delays, returns, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Leathwoods primarily serves customers in the United States, Canada, and top Tier 1 European countries.
We also ship worldwide using trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses across multiple regions to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
