Refund Policy - International

At Leathwoods Watches we aim for full customer satisfaction. Most of our products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Personalized Products

Personalized items (such as engraved watches) cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Photographic evidence is required before a return or replacement can be approved.

Non Returnable Items

• Personalized products unless defective or damaged
• Gift cards
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Conditions for Standard Products

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• A receipt or order number must be included
Return approval from our support team is required before sending any item back

Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

• Contact your bank or credit card company

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please email photos of the issue to begin an exchange.

Holiday Notice

During peak holiday periods, shipping and processing times may be longer due to carrier delays. This does not qualify as a defect or grounds for return.
