Warranty Policy

1-Year Warranty

At Leathwoods Watches, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Watch movement
  • Case components (crystal, crown, stem)
  • Bracelet and strap components (clasp, links, pins, screws)

We will repair or replace these components free of charge if they are found to be defective under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Battery (power cell)
  • Damage from accidents or misuse
  • Wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, fading, etc.)
  • Moisture damage to watches not marked as water-resistant
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

Please handle your watch with care and follow our maintenance guidelines to keep it in top condition.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us first
    Email us at contact@leathwoods.com or use our contact form. Explain the issue and include clear photos or videos so we can guide you through the next steps.
  2. Return shipping
    If a return is required, customers are responsible for shipping the watch back using a tracked shipping method. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  3. Prepare your return

    • Carefully package your watch to protect it in transit
    • Do not include extra packaging or items you want to keep - all materials are discarded upon receipt

  4. We inspect and repair
    Once received, our team will inspect the watch. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the faulty components and return it to you.
